Arkansas SMVF Workforce Platform
The Arkansas SMVF Workforce Platform is a statewide initiative designed to connect Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF) with meaningful careers, education pathways, and wraparound support. Led by Camp Alliance, Inc., the platform integrates peer navigation, state agency partnerships, and innovative digital tools—Launch, HomeBase AR, and CampConnect,to bridge every transition from enlistment through civilian employment. By aligning military skills with Arkansas’s workforce needs, the platform provides job matching, credential translation, childcare access, and whole-person care to ensure SMVF thrive in their communities. Together, these systems create a seamless ecosystem that recruits, retains, and uplifts Arkansas’s SMVF talent while strengthening the state’s economy and quality of life.
