[ FOCUS FORWARD ]
(Young Driver Safety Leadership Initiative)
Empowering Service-Connected Youth to Lead from the Front
Arkansas’s military, veteran, and first responder youth understand duty and leadership better than anyone. Through Act 501 (Purple Star Schools), Focus Forward activates these service-connected students to lead their peers in ending preventable traffic fatalities across our state.
By targeting the four critical areas of youth highway safety—Distracted Driving, GDL Compliance, Seatbelt Safety, and Experiential Engagement (including hands-on B.R.A.K.E.S. and ROADeo training)—our Student Navigators turn awareness into measurable prevention action before tragedy strikes.

[ OPERATION SATURATION ]
(Overdose Reduction Campaign)
"We meet you where you are." This initiative is fully structured to deploy directly into military bases, corporate spaces, first responder departments, and civic organizations alongside our state counter-drug partners.
