First time registering for Kids In Drill? Here are a few things you need to do to complete your registration -

1. Download & Complete the Child Enrollment Data Sheet for each participant.

2. Obtain a copy of your child’s immunization records.

3. Scan in or take a clear photo of records.

4. Email all participants’ Child Enrollment Data Sheet & immunization records to: KIDS@Campallianceinc.org
